repomatic bump-version - Bump a version part and sync its pull request

SYNOPSIS

repomatic bump-version [OPTIONS]

DESCRIPTION

Bump a version part and converge its draft pull request.

When the bump is allowed, bumps the part with bump-my-version, re-locks uv.lock, then opens or refreshes the draft pull request on the <part>-version-increment branch, rendered from the bump-version template.

When it is not, because the version already moved past that part since the last release, closes the pull request an earlier run left open, and deletes its branch.

Requires the gh CLI to be authenticated.
